Jack started AFN in 2001, furthering an already successful career in mortgage lending. Prior to AFN, Jack served as Sr. Vice President of Production & Operations at Majestic Mortgage and Mortgage Capital Resources, managing multiple operations in the Western US. Jack also spent 10 years with Commonwealth United Mortgage, advancing from Branch Manager to Area Manager to Regional Manager faster than any of his peers. With a proven track record, succeeding in all aspects of mortgage industry sales and operations, it was time for Jack to start his own company, with his own vision, thus AFN was formed.

Jon joined AFN as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel in 2010. In his current role as Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel, Jon is instrumental in offering operational as well as legal support to AFN, our branches and staff, and is a crucial member of our executive team. Jon earned a Juris Doctor law degree from Concord Law School and gained several years of experience in sales and management prior to joining AFN.

Bob Telles joined AFN as an award-winning CFO, having received the Orange County Business Journal CFO of the Year/Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009 (when he worked for Stearns Lending). Bob brings a wealth of knowledge to the AFN executive team as he oversees all of our accounting, financial reporting, tax reporting, and warehouse banking systems. Bob’s decades of experience and prized methods and strategies are a real asset to AFN.

Twyla Hankins, Executive Vice President of Operations, joined the executive team in 2010. With over 30 years of industry experience, Twyla has devoted her career to building exceptional mortgage lending operations, providing a foundation for success for several mortgage lenders. Her management expertise includes all aspects of Operations, including Loan Processing, Underwriting, Doc Preparation, Funding, Shipping, Post-Closing and Insuring. Her vast knowledge and leadership skills make Twyla an essential member of the AFN executive team.

Scott McGinley, Executive Vice President of Secondary Marketing, joined the AFN executive team in 2009. Scott has over 20 years of solid mortgage industry experience, with a channeled focus on secondary marketing. In this key role, Scott oversees all aspects of Secondary Marketing, manages the company pipeline and product development, and contributes to Loan Originator training and post-closing management. Scott’s industry knowledge and streamlined management of Secondary Marketing make him a true asset to the AFN executive team

Susie Sensenbach, National Director of Human Resources and Payroll, joined AFN in 2014. Susie brings more than two decades of experience as an energetic, knowledgeable, and highly valued HR Director. Under Susie's leadership the HR Department gracefully handles our continuous nationwide expansion. With solid experience recruiting, hiring, managing personnel onboarding and offboarding, enforcing workplace compliance and safety, and administering benefits and payroll, Susie offers Team AFN the dependable and reliable support our growing staff requires.

Andy joined AFN’s legal team in 2014. As AFN’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Andy works diligently to provide all necessary legal and compliance support to AFN, its branches, and staff, as well as overseeing AFN’s licensing and marketing activities. Andy earned a Juris Doctor degree from University of California, Irvine School of Law and has over 15 years of real estate industry experience.
